All 3 bedrooms and the main living area feature grand glass doors with beautiful ocean views and direct access to the pool. Large windows in the bathrooms bring nature in. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and there's also an outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ on the wooden terrace overlooking the ocean. There is a utility room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. There's parking for 2 cars above the house (there are stairs leading down through the garden), and there's parking for 1 car next to the house.
