Perched on the mountain above Uvita, Casa Mama's Happy offers panoramic views of the valley and its famous Whale Tail beach, as well as easy access to town. The 3900 sq ft contemporary home features a spacious open floor plan with every modern comfort. Four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms accommodate 8 guests with comfort and privacy while offering expansive communal spaces.
Accordion doors span the front and back of the house, sliding wide open to lush botanical gardens. Enjoy the cooling mountain breeze from the garden and infinity pool, or the balcony that spans the home's entire second level. The spacious kitchen with U.S. spec appliances, two master bedrooms with en-suite baths, upstairs TV room with 4K HDTV and Bose surround sound, and two additional guest quarters complete the home.
Outside, a spacious 40-foot infinity pool offers unobstructed views of Bahia Ballena. The newly-built rancho provides shade and shelter with a hammock, lounges, a bar, and a full kitchen with a built-in grill. A 4x4 vehicle is mandatory, especially during rainy season (Aug–Oct).
